ARGENTINE AGREEMENT
Rugby, Sept. 28. The newspapers generally express satisfaction at the conclusion of the Anglo-Argentina agreement, which was signed on Tuesday. Hopes are expressed that the (mutual concessions granted in this agreement and the original conyention may resqlt in a considerable extension of Anglo-Argentina trade.
