London,, Sept. 28. Chief Tshekedi's reinstatement occasioned an astoriishing demonstration at the eongregational assemhly at Nottingham. The audienee rose to its feet and applauded, later singing the doxology in thanksgiving. The chairman, Dr. Sleep, said the news was such as to make the bells of Heaven ring.
