ROAD CYCLING
F1NAL RACE HAMILTON AND ROTORUA CLUBS IN ROUND THE LAKE COURSE COMJPETITORS AND HANDICAPS The final road cycle race of the 1933 season will be held by the Rotorua Amateur Athletic and Cycling Club on Saturd'ay afternoon when the coui'se to be covered will be round Lake Rotorua, a distance of 27£ miles. For this race a team from Hamilton wiill also compete and in addition to the race deciding the winner of the Leader Cup, the event should provide an interesting competition between the two clubs. The race wull commence at Wairoa Road at 2 p.m. and will finish in Ranolf Street at about 3.30 p.m. Motorists are requested to give the right-of-way to the cyclists where possible. The following are the competitors and the handieaps declarcd for the event: M. Bell, A. Beckett, L. Hodgson, N. Leftner, scr.; R. Melton, C. Head, J. W. Taylor, 3mi:n; W. Grey, R. ! Hampton, T. Barnett, 5min; B. Martin, L. Savage, R. Murray, E. Wai- - lace, 6min; S. Howe, J. Montague, N. R-cid, 7min; G. Orsl-er, W. Fensom, 9 min; P. Vaughan, W. Newman, 12 min; B. Bramble, 14min.
