Melbourne, Sept. 28 ffhe inter-S-tate collier WHlilam MacArthur grounded at Port Philip Bay and slid over a rocky bottom. An inspection in dock revealed that the bottom was badly arched and holed from midships to th& stern. ■ The repairs are likely to cost j£30,000.
