London, Sept. 28. Reports from Geneva are conflicting states the dipIomat;c cor- • respondent of the Daily Telegraph It is reported that agreement is possible over the control of armaments and' even regarding sanctions. Germany is strongly objecting to the probationary period required by the French while there are strong French objections to the granting of token equality to Germany in heavy armaments. Reports from other centres state that the position amounts to a deadlock.
