MAJESTIC THEATRE

TO-NIGHT. Add "Pleasu|re vCruise," the Fox Film comedy that opened at the Majestic Theatre, to your list of picturcs that are distinctly worth while seeing. It has Genevieve Tobin and Roland Young- in the leading roles 1 and -has a generous content of all the , ingredients that go to make perfect t ntar tainment. "Pleasure Cruise" relates the story of ia young woman who decides to inject some romance into her married life by taking a cruise on one of those linars whose principol eargo is a group of pleasure-seeking passengers. Her hushand, .a timid- and credulous igentleman, isn't entirely enthusiastic about his wife's taking a trip for the trip's siake. So, with ben.fit of disguise and a somewhat changed personality, he manages to become a steward on the • very ship that is to carry his wife on her quest for diversiOn. The man has the dubious satisfaction of seeing his wife pursued hy all niianner of men, and of learning that she is not completely averse to the chase herself. There are a number •of times when he would like to call the whole thing off, but finds that midocean is a bad place to do that. All the colour and action of a luxurious cruise have been captured in this picture,, giving a vivid depiction of high jinks on the high seas. As the adveriturous wife, Genevieve Tobin comhines charm and glamour with superb portrayal. As her hushand, Roland Young proves that he stands supreme in high comedy characterisations. Una O'Connor, Herbert Mundin and Fmnk Atkinson are a triq of comics it would he hard to surpass anywhere, and Minna Gombell's performance is crisp and snappy/ Ralph Forbes, Theodore von Eltz, Robert Greig and Arthur Hoyt are splendidly cast in important. roles.
