(Rec. Sept. 23) London, Sept. 22. On the M.C.C. team's departure for India the Marylebone authorities instructed D. R. Jardine, the captain, not to use the leg theory during! the tour. The team that sailed is:- — D. R. Jardine, Valentine, Walters, Levett, Marriott, J. H. Human, james Langridge, Nicols, Vprity, Townsend, B.ake well, Clark, Gregory, Barnett, A. Mitchell and II. Elliott.
