AMERICAN LABOUR PREPARING TO BOYCOTT GERMAN GQQDS LABOUR LEADER'S STATEMENT

(Rec. Sept 24, 11 p.m.) Washington, Sept. 24. The possibility of a boycott of Nazi products by American Labour was indicated to-d^y by Mr. William Green, president of the United States Federation of Labour. In a statement, Mr. Green described Hitler's rule as "medieval, revolting and sickening." He said that Geripan terrorism was resulting in an open war on trades unions. American Labour was becoming convinced that somethipg more thap a protest was needed in dealing with the Nazis. "We have come to the conclusion that a boycott is the only thing that will hring home to the German tyrants the abhorrence in which their rule is held by the rest of the world," he said.
