French Lawn Tennis Association has sanctioned a Franco-Ameri-ean professional match nt Roland, Garros, on September^ 22 as an exceptiona.1 measure in view of the services Cochet (who has turned professional) has rendered to the game, and also the faot that the proceeds of the match are for a charitahle purpose.
