Matters become j a trifle complicated, however, whe the ; | morning papers arrive bearing the » news that Maitland has been arrested cin connection with a big jewel robhery and that the man who is believ- | ed t0 he the master mind of the gang ! eseaped. Jimmy is subsequently arrested and allowed out on hail hut his brief ap- ' pearance in court is enough for the gang who track him to his "lair" in ^ ' order to do homage to their chief. The j arrival on the scene of Maggie Mac- 1 lean, the buyer from Aberdeen whom Jimmy has accompanied to a nightclub the night before, does -not help J matters, and the f act that it is Claude 1 Hulbert who takes the role of Jimmy • | is a further complication — but what a 1 hilarious one. > I "Their Night Out" is his first star- j ring vehicle and filmgoers may see | him at the Majestic Theatre to-night. j Playing oposite him is Renee Houston, > half of the famous irresistible pair, in her first full length talkie and a j 1 strong supporting cast includes Judy j Kelly, Jimmy Godden, Amy Veness and Gus McNaughton. Harry Hughes j direeted this brilliant B.I.P. comedy. i
