ADRIFT AT SEA

London, Sept. 12. Mr. J. H. Thomas, Secretary of State for the Dominions, and three companions were out in a motor-boat which broke down in a choppy sea, 2h miles off Shoreham. The party was rescued in an exhausted condition by the coastguard.
