UNDERWRITING PROPOSALS

The Morning Post City editor says that underwriting of the Australian conversion loan will be carried through to-day on the basis that a 21 year period wilL yield mvestors £3 17s lld. The prospeetus will be issued on Thursday. The terms are pretty much in aeeordance with market expectations.
