The British United Press' correspondent at Yatican City says that •ermany besides ratifying. the con01'dat, has pledged herself to carry ot the Papa! memorandum insisting 11 no racial discrimination against ows who are haptised into Christianty. The memorandum also demands hat Jews shall be treated with hunanity in aeeordance with the princides of Christian charity.
