RE-GROUPING OF POWERS (Rec. 7 p.m.) Londoo, Sept. 12. The Daily Chronicle Paris correspondent reports that the flight of the French Air Minister with experts to Rusisa is regarded as having considerable significance. It is suggested that it portends a re-grouping of nations to meet the Hitlerite menace. Rusisa possesses a very strong air force and with the support of France would be able to undertake joint reprisals in the event of German aggression. This move has been the dread of every German strategist.
