rpAUPO J^OAD gOARD NOTICE OF INTENTION TO MAKE AND LEVY A RATE Publi£ notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the Taupo Road Board, at its meeting to be lield on Wednesday, the twentieth day of September, 1933, under the power conferred on it by Section 108 of the Roard Boards' Act, 1908, and in accordance with the provisions of The Rating Act, 1925, to make and levy a General Rate of twopence (2d) in the pound on the unimproved value of all rateable property in the Taupo Road District. Such rate is for the period commencing on the 1st day of April, 1933, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1934, and will be due and payable in one instalment at the Board's Office, Taupo, on Monday, the 2nd day of October, 1933. A rebate of 5 per cent. will be allowed in respect of rates paid within 30 days of the due date of demand, while 10 per cent. penalty will be added to all rates remaining unpaid 6 months and 14 days after such date.
