VESSEL DELAYED

DEVELOPS ENGINE TROUBLE ON HER VOYAGE TO WELLINGTON Wellington, Tuesday. Owing to trouble which was discovered in connection with the starboard engine of the Port Fremantle the vessel has been delayed and will now leave here on Thursday morning for Australia. She arrived here from New York via Auckland, last Thursday. In the ordinary course of events she would have gone to Brisbane, before Sydney, but owing to the engine trouble she will go direct to Sydney where repairs will be effected. The trouble could be repaired here, but she has a cargo for Australian consignees and she will cross the Tasman Sea on the port engine alone.
