the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926, and to the consent of the Audit Office, the Rotorua County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order to pay the Annual charges for interest and sinking fund on the Sunset Road Loan of £200 and the Utuhina Bridge Loan of £500, out of the County General Account."
