THURSDAY, AUGUST 31.
ONE NIGHT ONLY. A large cast, headed by Clive .Brook, Lila Lee, Charlie Ruggles, Gene Raymond, Frances- Dee, Mary Boland and Adrianne Allen, is fea- • tured in "The Night of June 13," Paramount's screen drama which . ^opens at the Majestic Theatre, Thursday. Action of the picture is set in a block of four adjoining houses in a suburb of a large city, where four j ■families live their own lives, in their I own manner until they suddenly dis- ' cover that they are closely bound to j each other. j This realisation develops when Miss Allen, Brook's wife, suspecting him of an affair with Miss Lee, commits ' suicide. Brook, to protect Miss Lee, - makes no protest when authorities charge him with murder, and Miss Lee, who has disappeared for the sake of his domestic peace, is too far away to aid him.
