DAZZLING HEADLIGHTS
How many drivers know whether their headlights are dazzling the approaching driver or not? It has been suggested that if every driver, on approaching a car that has dazzling lights, sounded his horn just three short hoots, thqi offender would soon rectify his lights. . The writer thoroughly agrees that this is a splendid idea and should be put into operation at once by everybody. Just try it. It would soon become standard pr.actice, and driving would become much more pleasant and safer at night-time.
