London, Aug. 27. Armed men, declaring they were members of the Republican Army, simultaneously raided 20 public houses in vafious parts of Dublin city. They jumped the counters, produced hammers, and smashed every bottle of Bass ale on the premises. The proprietor of one well-known hotel says the raiders destroyed 20 dozen. They told him that the Republican Army had decreed a boycott of Bass and would n'ot allow a bottle 'to be seen in Dublin.
