On Saturday the final matches were played in the Motutara Golf Club's Tapper Rosebowl and Duncan Cup competitions. Miss E. Murray with a net score of 214 was the winner of . the Tapper Rosebowl, while in the Duncan Cup series J. E. Lee with a net score of 65 on Saturday, secured a tie with Merriman which will necessitate a play off on. some future day, decided by the match committee.
