ROTORUA TEAM SUCCESSFUL IN BLYDE CUP GAMES OPEN TOURNAMENT DRAW In spite of the fact that there was a large, number of Rotorua players competing at Hamilton, the ■ Arikikapakapa links were filled to capacity, and the largest number of representative golfers ever seen in Rotorua was in evidence on the links during the week-end. In anticipation of this week's tournament, which commenees to-morrow morning, numbers of visitors followed the games of the Iow handicap players, among those making their first appearance on the course being M. Moore, a young Wellington player who has attained the dignity of scratch. Three former holders of the title, Lusk, Brinsden, and Tallis are among the entrants, which include two scratch men, four ones, four twos a.nd four threes. With thirty players below six handicap the events will be extraordinarily open. Following is the draw for the first and second round of the qualifying rounds to be played in three ball formation to-morrow.
