Mr. Nash explained that an effort will be made to interest leading socialists in every country having contact with the Pacific area with a view to exchanging information. He said that valuable work could be done for humanity and through such interchange and labour organisation the world over would benefit. Whether a more f ormal organisation could be. affeeted later, Mr. Nash could not say, although every effort would be made in this direction. Mr. Nash also indicated that the new group would vigorously opposeBolshevism, communism and the more rabid fonns of modern socialism.
