RESOLUTION "That pursuant to the terms of Section 22 (2) of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926, and to the consent of the Audit Office, the Rotorua County* Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order to pay the Annual charges for interest and sinking fund on the Sunset Road Loan of £200 and the Utuhina Bridge Loan of £500, out of the County General Account."
