A TEST CASE
Christchurch, Monday. An interesting test case will be heard here on August 29, when . several members of the Freezing Works -and Related Trades Union who accepted the employers conditions during the last freezing. season will be sued for their subscriptions to the union for a. year.
It is understood 1000 men are affected, and the decision will have a far-reaching effect. ■
