Ottawa, July 31. The establishment of a Royal Commission to inquire into the operations of the Bank Act in Canada was completed to-day. The personnel is: — Lord Macmillan, the British Jurist (chairman). The others are: — S'ir Charles Addis, an English banker and economist. Sir Thomas White, War-Time Minister of Finance. Mr. J. E. Brownlee, Premier of Alberta. i Mr. Beaudry Leman, General Manager of the Banque Canadienne National.
