DAVIS CUP FINAL
Paris, July 27. M. Nicholas Redelsperger, who has umpired the Davis Cup final since 1928, will broadcast a commentary instead of umpiring to-morrow. He declares if Cochet loses one match France will be beaten in this year's final. The choice of Merlin, he says, seems daring, though he has more stamina than Boussus or Bernard.
