London, July 27. Thfe undercarifiage of Mr. Ulm's plane, "Faith in Australia," broke under the strain of 1000 gallons of petrol. Several people were pinned under the wing, iand frantic efforts were made to extricate them. One broke a leg and two seriously injured were taken to the hospital. The rising tide threatens the plane, and engineers are working feverishly in an attempt to dismantle it. The tip of the wing is smashed. The flight has heen postponed indefinitely, but Mr. Ulm says he has no intention of abandoning it.
