Rugby, July 27. Replying to a question in the House of Commons, Captain R. A. Eden, Under-Seeretary for Foreign Affairs, said the British Charge d'Affairs in Berlin had informed the German Government that Britain could not countenance the sale of British aircraft to the German Government for purposes which are forbidden by the Paris Air Agreement.
