(Rec. 7.0 p.m.) London, July 27. Hithert.o,: the German Government | has allowed a pension of £13 monthly to he sent to Jewish refugees. This privilege has now been withdrawn on , the groupds that emigrants are endeavouring to transfer their property. At the present time there are at least 500 Jewish refugees in London many of them penniless.
