THREE NEW ZEALAND PLAYS. The three clever one-act plays by the New Zealand playwright, Alan Mulgan, were greatly enjoyed by members of the afternoon lietrary eircle of the Womens' Club, who met at the Nurses' Home, King George V. Hospital last Friday afternoon. The drawing-room was fragrant with daphne and other spring flowers and the hostess, Miss A. C. Searell, received the guests -in an afternoon frock of , navy marocain and beige georgette. | Among the readers present were: Mrs. H. H. Davis, Mrs. R. Stewart, Miss M. Mactier, Miss J. Pearce, Miss J. Wilson (Auckland), Miss B .Goldie (Auckland), Miss ;G. La Trobe Hill and Miss H. Ford.
