London, July 26. Mr. J. H. Thomas, Secretary of State for the Dominions, i's expected to refer to the Government's consultations with the Dominions during the ' course of the debate in the House of Commons to-day. Members are expected to emphasise that the Dominions should do more in the importation of British goods. The Dominions, on their part are disappointed at the repeated requests to restrict production. The question is being further examined to-day by the ■ British Minister of Agriculture (Major W. E. Elliot) in eonsultation with representatives of the Dominions.
