London, July 25. Coinciding with Major Brackley's return in the Astrea the Times announces that the Indian air route will be definitely extended to Rangoon on September 23. T.hereafter weekly services will be maintained, leaving London on Saturdays and Rangoon ori. Mondays, bringing Rangoon within 8i days of London. The Chronicle says Major Brackley's return from Australia took only ten flying days. He. halted several days at Rangoon to discuss air mail plans.
