In .an address during a visit to the Community Sunshine School to-day, His Excellency the Governor-General noted with .special interest'that each child was given a pint of milk daily. He expressed the view that a veiy • large number of children who are supposed to he suffering from malnutrition at this time were sufferi'ng not so much from lack of food a& -from unsuitable food. Every far mer knew how to balance his ration for feeding farm stock, but there were very few parejats who know how to halance the ration for children.
