MILLIONAIRE LEAVES £5. Mr. Edgar Cohen, once a millionaire and a celebrated financier, who died in Cambridge Gate, Regent's Park, London, in January, left estate valued at £5. He was one of the foun_ ders, and at one time a director, of Harrods and a former director of D. H. Evans and Co., and he was the founder of the London General Motor j Cab Co., of Brixton, which controlled about 2000 taxi-cabs.
