CHILDREN'S BALL AT WOODLANDS VERY SUCCESSFUL. (From Our Own Corerspondent.) In spite of the inclement weather, Woodlands was very gay on Saturday .night, when the Woodlands Women's Institute entertained the children of Woodlands and the surrounding distriot at a fancy dress dance. Over 120 grown-ups and children were present and the fancy costumes presented a very bright appearance. There were novelty dances, musdeal parcels, confetti and streamer dances,' treasure hunts and games, while the sit-'down supper and the appearance of Mr. Woodside as the Lolly Man were two more very popular items. Those in fancy costume were Althea Lammas, Gypsy; C.
