CURING A RATTLE

iOn some cars the tools, such as the jack and pump, are kept on the floor under the rear seat. These are apt to rattle and make a lot of noise when bad roads are traversed. This can easiily be; prevented by fixing one or two short sfcraps per tool by means of screws and washers to the floor. The tools are then held down seeurely with these straps and will thus cause no further trouble, whilst they are immdeiately available whien required.
