conference to discuss a german . boycott . WORLD -WIDE ACTION

London, July 16. Mr. Samuel Untermyer, a lawyer, will attend the Jewish Economic Conference at Amsterdam, which is being held with the intention of formulating a world-wide boycott of German goods, as a protest against the Nazi regime. Lord Melchett, who. has embraced J.udaism will actively participate in the campaign. Mr. Samuel Untermyer is the head of the firm Guggenheim, Untermyer, and Marshall. He has had a long | and successful career at the American Bar, having been engaged in numerous notable cases. Am Dngst others he was counsel for Mr. Hubert Bernstein in the first suit brought against Mr. Henry Ford, because of a series of articles against the J ewish people published in the Dearborn Independent, and later in volume form under the title of "The International Jews."
