Winnipeg, July 16. Dollar wheat was made a realty today on the grain exchange here for the first time in three years and futures soared 11- to 21 cents. Reports of irrepar'able damage to West Canadian wheat sent values upwards, heavy profit-taking failing to do more than depress prices slightly from their high level.
