New York, July 13. Norman Hill (San Jose, California), nosed out Cecil Walker (Australia), in a stirring finish' in a 10-mile open cycle race for professionals at the Nutley Velodrome last night. The time was 20 minutes 12 seconds. Hill came from sixth. place in the last two laps.
