THEFT OF TROUSERS.
Auckland ,Friday In the Police Court the theft of a pair of trousers yalued at £1 5 s was admitted by a showman, Hugh Anthony Parker, aged 26. Detective-Sergeunt McHugh said accused stole the trousers from a bed- . room in a hotel in Hamilton, which town he was visiting in connection with a recent show'. In the past he had been convicted for various offenC8The magistrate passed sentence of one month's imprisonmept.
