London, July 3. . The Times Munich , correspondent says the disintegration of the 'Catholic People's Party is proeeeding apace. The Government is forcing progfess by wholesale arrests of Catholic members of the Reichstag, Diet "and Munieipal Councils. The prisbners are released after signing a declaration of allegiance to Hitler- ~ ism. Branches, including Christian Peasant Unions, are compelled to dissolve themselves. The eonfiscation of Catholic pro-pertie-s is in full swing.
