BRADFORD BUOYANT AND CONTINENTAL MARKET FIRM. CROSSBREDS AFFECTED.

London, July 2. Mi\ W. P. Devereux, representative of the Australian Woolgrowers' Council, reports that wool prices are keeping very firm in all centres, and suhstantial advances are expected at the opening saies on Tuesday. Only a moderate quantity of Merino is available. The Bradford market is buoyant. Some topmakers have withdrawn their Merino quotations pending the opening of the London saies, others asking higher rates. Prices have ihardened in all sections including the whole range of crossbreds. The continental marlcets are firm and hardening.
