OLD RESIDENTS DIE

The death is announced of two very old New Zealand residents. Sergt.-Major James Sandbrook, of Devonport, a Crimea vetei'an, aged 99 years and Mr. Thomas Rodg'ei'S, of Palmerston, aged 93 years. The latter was the first white ehild born in the Wellington Province.
