New York, July 1. It is understood that Mr. Roosevelt, who is on vacation at Campo ' Bello Island, New Brunswick, will not commit the United States, at the present time, to any form of dollar stabilisation. The President c-onsiders that this is a problem for the Central Banks and not for Governments.
