WEDDING

JOHNSON— CRAIG. ^ St. Michaels Catholic Church was the scene of a very pretty weddlng last Saturday evening, when Patricia " Ida, eledest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. Craig, of Ngongotaha, was married to Mr. Riohard Astor Johnson, of Rotorua. The -bride, escorted by 'her father, entered tbe church wearing a graceful gown of midnight blu© crinkle crepe cut on simplo slender lines with a hat of the s'ame shade to tone. She carried a shower bouquet of white roses. In attendance as bridesmaid was the bride's sister, Miss Eileen .Craig, who wore a venetian blue and silver grey wool crepe frock and felt hat in the same toninigs. She aiso carried a bouquet of roses. The duties of best man were carried out by Mr. R. Johnson. Afterwards a reception was held at the home of Mrs. G. Carland, of Easson Street.
