ADVERTISING OPOTIKI IN A.A. BOOKLET At Monday night's meeting of the Opotiki Chamber of Commerce, an outline of the proposals for shopping and carnival week were given by the organisex*, Mr. G. P. Smith. It was decided, after discussion, to obtain quotations from the Automobile Association, Auckland, for a full page advertisement of Opotiki in the association's booklet. It was also decided, after discussion, to support the remits passed at the Municipal Conf erence -in Rotorua regarding the necessity for stricter regxxlations governing the operations of itinerant traders and hawkers.
