MEN DETERMINED

NO "BLACKLEGS" ALLOWED Napier, Monday. At a well attended meeting held jhere this evening the strikers decided that instead of adopting passive resist ance they would adopt every means in their power to ensure that there were no "black-legs" among the unemployed. The men have issued an appeal to the businessmen of the town stating: "We are confident that you will not allow our wives and children to go hungry when we. are only trying to better our conditions."
