APPEAL TO PRESIDENT
PLEDGED UNDERTAKINGS London, June 26. The Times Berlin coirespondent says that Dr. Hugenburg, the Nationalist leader, has appealed to the President, Marshal von Hindenburg, to support his claim for the fulfilment of solemn constitutional undertakings and has requested a decision within ten days.
