Wellington, Thursday. By a unanimous depision, a lar^ely 'attended meeting, held in the D'omiffion Farmers' Institute, to-night decided to support the National Recdnstru'ction . Association which has been formed to attack* unemployment by seeking a* plan of development by private enterprise. A provincial committee was appointed to co-opei*ate with the Auckland sectiOn in an organised effort to co-ordinate all practical schemes toward reconstruction of business and the restoration of prosperity in Ne.w Zealand. The meeting, which was representative of practically every section in the community, was presided over by Mr. R. Buckleton. The main speaker was Mr. J. McMillan, who said that the association had no philanthropic motive. It was a national business effort for the restoration, development and reorganisation of business.
